This 90-minute session offers a powerful grounding in emotional intelligence and mindful awareness.
Instead of always being worked over by your emotions, learn about the role of emotions, how emotions work, and practices that can help you better navigate this territory.
This workshop is useful for any one who works with others – educators, managers, leaders, or parents.
Past participants of thrivelife’s mindfulness and self-awareness training can also use these workshops as an opportunity to nourish and revitalise their practice.
